My own healing journey has led me to discover my passion and my purpose - to help others who may be stuck, lost, afraid or in pain to find a sense of belonging, to be able to engage more fully with life, to realise their potential, to honour their own journey through life and to fall deeply in love with who they truly are.

I received my qualification in homeopathy and holistic healing from the Lakeland College of Homeopathy .
In addition to being a fully qualified and accredited homeopath, I have a certificate in basic counselling skills, have attended courses with Eagles Wing Centre for Contemporary Shamanism and have completed the first stage in training in psychosynthesis counselling with the Psychosynthesis Education Trust.
My work is based on the premise that all healing is self-healing and my job is to work with a client to facilitate and support their own healing process.
I have been involved with homeopathy for over 15 years and I am now running my practise from my home in Hastings E. Sussex.
My own healing process hasn't always been easy but it has been hugely rewarding. I developed agonising gallstones in my 40's and the hospital advised me to have my gallbladder removed. Instead I chose to work with holistic practitioners to help me find out what my body was trying to tell me.
I discovered that certain experiences from my past that I thought I was fine about had left me with unprocessed feelings of bitterness, grief, anger, guilt and shame. With the compassionate support of my practitioners and with the help of remedies and essences I was able to fully feel, move through and transform the stuck feelings and let go of certain beliefs about myself. As I started to develop a new relationship with myself, to remember, acknowledge and accept all aspects of myself - so my physical, emotional and psychological well-being improved dramatically.
Now several years later I still have my gallbladder, I haven't been troubled by gallstone colic since the beginning of treatment and I have found a sense of joy at being alive that I thought might elude me for ever.
I hope my own experiences of self-healing will help me bring more awareness to my practise and enable me to hold an empathic space for my clients - as my practitioners did for me.
I am a member of the Alliance of Registered Homeopaths which means I am bound by the ARH code of ethics and practise.
The ARH is a UK professional organisation that supports and promotes high standards of safe, effective homeopathy practice.
My practice is fully insured with a company that specialises in covering complementary healthcare.
